About Maa Jhandewali Sewa Mandal (MJSM) (Phoolon Wali Mandali)
Jai Mata Di - With the kind blessings of Aadi Shakti Maa Jhandewaliji, Maa Jhandewali Sewa Mandal (MJSM) (Phoolon Waali Mandli) was formed in the month of August, 2010. The First Mata Ki Chowki by MJSM was organized on 12 August, 2010 at Vipul Greens, Gurgaon, Haryana. The whole-sole In-charge & Supervisor of MJSM is Maa Jhandewaliji herself.
Maa Jhandewali Sewa Mandal is a group of devotees of Maa Durga from all over the city of Delhi & NCR. MJSM is engaged in performing Mata Ke Jagrans and Chowkis in Delhi, NCR an all over India. MJSM allows worship in the Jagrans & Chowkis with flowers only. No devotee is allowed to render any money during the Jagran or Chowki. No Chadhawa or Donation is accepted by the Mandal or its Sewadars.
MJSM takes a very minimal cost to perform these Jagrans and Chowkis, which covers the payment to Orchestra Group, Bhawan/Darbaar, Sound System & Transportation.. MJSM is also willing to help those families who wish to organize Mata Ki Chowkis/Jagrans but have financial constraints, by organizing Chowki/Jagran free of cost.
A List of Material/Items is provided to the Chowki/Jagran organizing family for arranging the items before start of Chowki/Jagran.
Since all the Sewadars are having their own professional background, MJSM tries to book Jagrans & Chowkis on SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS ONLY. The Chowki / Jagran can be booked on phone, email or personally also. There is no need to give any kind of advance for booking the Bhagwati Chowki / Jagran.
As a token of thanks & acknowledgement for organizing Chowki/Jagran, MJSM tributes a Momento/Symbol/Photo of Maa Jhandewaliji to the family for whom the Chowki/Jagran is being performed by MJSM.
MJSM wears Dress Code which is Kurta in Red Colour and Payjama in White colour and Patka in red colour on forehead during Chowki/Jagran on which his occupation is written as MAIYAAJI ANSI NAUKER TERE (MAIYAAJI WE ARE YOUR SERVANTS) - Jai Mata Di
Maa Jhandewali Sewa Mandal (MJSM) Phulon Wali Mandali, Lawrence Road is NOT the Official Mandal of Delhi's famous Maa Adishakti Jhandewalan Temple, Karol Bagh, however, Maa Jhandewali Ji is the motivator (prerna stotr) for the Mandal and its Members.
